Discount Policy
- All Commonwealth Cookies employees receive 50% off the retail purchase price of goods bought from any Company owned store. This discount does not apply to catering orders. Employees may use their discount to purchase cookies or other products for their own use or the use of those in their household. Employee discounts may not be applied to transactions for friends or family members outside their household. Employees may not apply their discount for customers who request it at point of sale.
- Employees of other Crumbl stores are not eligible for discounts. This is a benefit for our company employees, provided at Denise and Daniel's expense. Employees of other stores may be eligible for discounts at their own store.
- Some customers are eligible for discounts on the retail price of products purchased at Company owned stores. For example, active-duty military personnel receive 10% off most purchases. These discounts cannot be applied to catering orders. Employees may not apply discounts to a transaction for which the customer is not eligible.
- Violation of this policy may result in discipline up to and including termination.
