Understand our Uniform Policy
As stated in the employee handbook, the dress code is as follows:
- Wrinkle-free black pants. Black shorts are allowed in the summer if they come to the knee
- Black shoes
- Wrinkle-free black Crumbl shirt
- Hairnet
- Black Crumbl hat
- Black apron (provided in-store)
- Nametag, worn on hat
Do not wear:
- Jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and face piercings
- Leggings
- Visible, provocative tattoos
- Baggy sweatpants
- Pants/shorts with holes or rips
- Crocs
Hygiene:
- Hair should be pulled back behind ears. If longer than shoulder length, put in a braid or bun
- Nails should be kept short. No polish or fake nails
- Wear deodorant, shower regularly, wash hands often
- You may be required to wear a mask when appropriate
Please remember that these policies are to ensure the top quality of cookies produced in our kitchens. If you are unable to adhere to the uniform policy, you may be asked to leave work.
